Visitor parking
Visitor parking is available. Please reference the green sections indicated on our visitor parking map.
Upon arrival
Due to our COVID-19 response, we have limited visitor access to our offices. A Connexus staff member will need to meet you in the lobby to grant access to the elevators.
Connexus will need to know when you will arrive so a staff member can meet you in the lobby and grant elevator access. Please work with your contact from the Connexus team to coordinate your arrival.
Once you are here, you will sign in and receive a visitor’s badge. Please keep this badge with you during your time in the office.
Our technology
Our meeting spaces offer current technology for ease of use and versatility. While you are on site, you’ll have access to guest wifi as well as state-of-the-art presentation and video conferencing tools. We also offer any additional business services you may need, such as printing or making copies.
Amenities
- High-end presentation monitors ranging in size from 65″ to 98″.
- Video conferencing, along with our wireless audio and microphones, allows us to connect with anyone who may be unable to attend in person.
- The control stations allow you to change your presentation methods, volume levels, and conferencing capabilities. Most devices can be connected to these stations for presentation purposes.
- All meeting spaces at our corporate office include power hubs to allow you to plug in any devices you may bring along.
- Our multi-directional phone system automatically connects to a ceiling array microphone to ensure everyone can hear and be heard with clarity.
